Private Mode does not retain PDFs. Workspace stores a PDF only after an authenticated user explicitly selects Save to account.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity and authority required to create documents for yourself or the organization you represent.
What the service provides
FariDocs provides browser-based forms, live previews, calculations, image processing, and on-demand PDF generation.
The service is a document preparation tool. It is not accounting, tax, procurement, or legal advice, and it does not validate whether a transaction is lawful or complete.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for company details, recipient data, item descriptions, prices, taxes, signatures, logos, and all other content you submit.
You must review every document before relying on, sending, signing, printing, or recording it.
You confirm that you have permission to use uploaded logos, signatures, personal data, and other materials.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, deceptive billing, unlawful procurement, malware, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, or activities prohibited by applicable law.
Do not bypass security, interfere with service availability, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to access another user’s data or administrator area.
Free access, limits, and fair use
The public interface may show unlimited downloads when the administrator has set the daily device limit to zero.
The operator may configure a reasonable per-device daily limit, temporarily rate-limit abusive traffic, or change free features to preserve security and service availability.
“Unlimited” means no configured daily PDF quota; it does not guarantee unrestricted automated, excessive, or abusive use.
Private Mode and Workspace Mode
In Private Mode, a PDF is generated only after you request a download and is not retained as a downloadable server file.
In Workspace Mode, signed-in users may explicitly select Save to account. The PDF and document data are then retained in that user’s private account storage until the user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
By registering for, signing in to, or using Workspace, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Workspace data-storage agreement confirmed during registration.
Document content and uploaded images may be processed to create the requested PDF. Limited metadata and security analytics may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.
Features, templates, limits, and these Terms may be updated. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
Intellectual property
FariDocs software, interface, design system, and brand remain the property of their respective owner.
You retain rights in your submitted content and grant the operator only the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Documents are produced from user-provided data. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that a document satisfies a particular commercial, accounting, tax, procurement, or legal requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made from inaccurate or incomplete user input. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain system security.
You may stop using the service at any time. Requests concerning retained data can be submitted using the contact details below.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Parties should first seek an amicable resolution before using available legal channels.
